My graduate alma mater, the University at Albany, SUNY was just named as the number one party school by the Princeton Review in its annual survey.

While I was a full-time grad student there, I didn’t think that it was a really big party school because I didn’t think there was a big frat party scene there. But apparently, the Princeton Review includes other measures such as “never studying,” marijuana use, hard drinking, etc. With those measures, I guess it’s more believeable, especially since I might have played a role in contributing to that kind of environment . . .

If you take a look at where UAlbany places in different measures, you’ll also see that in general, students don’t seem to care for it much at all. Pretty dismal, actually.
