CBS’s 60 Minutes just did a feature segment on Aishwarya Rai. Never heard of her?

Neither did I until I learned that she is an actress from India, a former Miss World, the reigning queen of India’s Bollywood movie industry (which attracts a global audience of 5 billion people, twice the reach of Hollywood), and finally, according to thousands of Web sites, Internet polls and even Julia Roberts, she has the title of being the The World’s Most Beautiful Woman.

Take a look at the photo galleries on her official site and judge for yourself. I for one would certainly concur with that -- no argument from me. But best of all, the world’s most beautiful woman is Asian! Hoorah!
